Contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our facility.
